Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• ½ tsp salt
• ¾ cup water
• Prosciutto slices
• Fresh arugula
• Soft cheese (like stracchino or mozzarella)
Instructions

2️⃣ • Rest dough 20 minutes, then divide into small balls.
3️⃣ • Roll thin circles and cook on a hot skillet until golden.
