Chocolate Mousse Cake
Ingredients:
1 chocolate sponge cake
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup dark chocolate
½ cup sugar
Preparation:
Melt chocolate, cool slightly.
Whip cream and sugar, fold in chocolate.
Layer mousse over cake, chill for 4 hrs.
