• 8 oz orzo pasta

• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
Dill-Cucumber Yogurt Sauce:
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• ½ cup finely grated cucumber (drain excess liquid)
• 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
