I have made numerous chaffles. I do like them; however, today I tried the White Wonder Bread Chaffle. Wonderful. Added 2 sausage patties and butter and total net carbs was only 3 g. Filling and leaves me with gobs of choices for later today.
(Recipe: 1 egg, 1 TBSP mayonnaise, 3 TBSP almond flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp water. Mix well. Pour half of the batter into a mini waffle maker. Cook 3-5 min. Repeat. Each chaffle is 1g net carb.)
