🥘 Creamed Cabbage and Ground Beef Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small head of cabbage, chopped
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
½ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup beef broth
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
1. Cook the Beef Mixture
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
2. Prepare the Cabbage
In the same skillet, add chopped cabbage and butter.
Sauté for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
3. Mix the Casserole
Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, paprika, and beef broth.
Mix everything until well combined.
4. Assemble & Bake
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
