Hot Fudge Brownie Bread
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional, for extra gooeyness)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract. Add the melted butter and milk, mixing until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the hot fudge sauce, swirling it into the batter for that decadent, gooey center. Optionally, add chocolate chips for extra richness.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (but not wet batter).
Let the bread cool for about 10 minutes before removing it from the pan. Allow it to cool completely before slicing and serving.
