πŸ“ What do you need?

For the dough (Pasta frolla to lemon):

βœ” 250 g of flour 00
βœ” 1 lemon zest
βœ” 50 g of sugar
βœ” 200 g of butter 🧈

For the creamy lemon filling:

βœ” 160 g of lemon juice πŸ‹
βœ” 250 g of milk
βœ” 250 g of sugar
βœ” 6 cdas of cornstarch
βœ” 1 pinch of turmeric (or yellow dye)

Decoration:

βœ” 220 ml of cream to mount (cold good) ❄️

πŸ‘΅πŸΌPreparaciΓ³nπŸ‘΅πŸΌ

1️⃣ MASS: Mix all the ingredients to form a soft dough. Refrigera 30 min. Then fodder small molds and bake until browning (180 Β° C for 12-15 min).
2️⃣ Cream: carries over all the ingredients of the filling, stirring constantly until it thickens.
3️⃣ Assembly: Fill in each tartlet with the lemon cream and let cool.
4️⃣ Decoration: Corona with a mounted cream rosette and ... ready to serve!
