Ingredients:
For the Triple Cheeseburger:
3 beef patties (about 4 oz each)
3 slices cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 soft burger bun, lightly toasted
Lettuce, tomato, and onion (optional)
For the French Fries:
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt, to taste
For the Fried Chicken Wings:
8 chicken wings
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying
Dipping Sauces:
Ketchup
Honey mustard or ranch sauce
Instructions:
Prepare the French Fries:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the cut potatoes in vegetable oil and season with salt.
Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Cook the Chicken Wings:
Soak chicken wings in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
In a shallow bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge the wings in the flour mixture.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the wings for 7-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Cook the Triple Cheeseburger:
Season the beef patties with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry the patties over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked to your desired doneness.
Place a slice of cheddar on each patty and allow it to melt slightly.
Assemble the Burger:
Place the first patty on the bottom bun, followed by the second, then the third patty. Top with any desired vegetables, such as lettuce, tomato, or onion.
Close the burger with the top bun.
Serve:
Arrange the triple cheeseburger on a plate with crispy French fries on the side, dipping sauces, and fried chicken wings.
Enjoy the ultimate indulgence—a hearty triple cheeseburger, golden fries, and crispy wings all in one epic meal!
