Carnivore Bacon Cheeseburger Pie
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs ground beef (80/20)
8 slices bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs
¼ cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Pickles, mustard, and extra cheese for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving some bacon grease in the pan.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in the cream cheese until melted and fully incorporated into the beef. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
Spread the beef mixture evenly into the greased pie dish.
Sprinkle the cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Pour the mixture over the beef and cheese layers.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden and set. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with mustard drizzle, extra cheese, or pickles if desired. Serve hot.
