Buttery Steak Bites & Silky Parmesan Pasta Pockets
**Ingredients:**
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 10 oz cheese tortellini or ravioli
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- Salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
**Instructions:**
1. Cook tortellini or ravioli per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter and sear steak bites until browned and tender. Remove and keep warm.
3. Add garlic to skillet, cook 30 seconds. Pour in cream and Parmesan. Stir until creamy.
4. Add cooked pasta pockets to the sauce and toss gently.
5. Return steak to the skillet, mix, and serve hot.
