Protein-Packed Veggie Bowl 🥗
Ingredients:
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 boiled eggs, halved
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup canned chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
1/2 cucumber, diced
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt, pepper & paprika to taste
Olive oil (optional)
Instructions:
1. Arrange avocado, eggs, tomatoes, chickpeas, and cucumber in a bowl.
2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika.
3. Top with fresh parsley and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
4. Mix gently and enjoy fresh!
