Broiled Lobster Tails with Herb Butter
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails
4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or chives
Salt & pepper to taste
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions:
1. Prepare the Lobster Tails: Preheat your broiler. Cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise using kitchen scissors. Gently pull the meat up, resting it on top of the shell. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Make the Herb Butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and half the herbs. Mix well.
3. Brush & Broil: Place lobster tails on a baking sheet. Generously brush with the herb butter. Broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly golden, basting once more halfway through.
4. Garnish & Serve: Remove from oven and spoon more melted herb butter over the top. Garnish with remaining parsley or chives.
5. Dip & Enjoy: Serve with extra lemon wedges and a ramekin of warm butter on the side for dipping.

Tips & Variations:
- For added flavor, consider marinating the lobster tails in the herb butter for an hour before broiling.
- Experiment with different herbs like tarragon or dill for a unique twist on the butter.
