Creamy, tangy, and quick to make—these tuna rillettes are perfect on fresh baguette slices.
📝 Ingredients:
• Canned tuna in oil: 200 g (drained)
• Cream cheese: 100 g
• Dijon mustard: 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
• Capers (optional): 1 tbsp
• Salt & pepper: to taste
• Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme): to garnish
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mash tuna with cream cheese, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Stir until well combined and creamy.
3️⃣ Fold in chopped capers if using.
4️⃣ Chill before serving.
5️⃣ Spread on baguette slices and top with herbs.
