Cheesy Crab Rangoon Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups crab meat, shredded (or imitation crab)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
Add the crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, garlic, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley and crushed red pepper flakes (if using) for a pop of color and extra flavor.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
