250g penne pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 chicken breasts, sliced
200g mushrooms, sliced
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions🧑🍳
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add mushrooms and asparagus. Sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
