Hibachi Steak
**Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish
**Directions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or flat griddle over medium-high heat.
2. Season steak with salt and pepper.
3. Add steak to the hot pan, searing on all sides until browned (about 4–5 minutes total for medium).
4. Add garlic, butter, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat the steak.
5. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens and steak is coated.
6. Remove from heat. Garnish if desired, and serve hot.
