Ingredients
1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
2 tbsp buffalo sauce
½ cup cottage cheese
½ avocado, sliced
½ cup cucumber, thinly sliced
1 green onion, sliced
Extra buffalo sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
Spread the cottage cheese across the bottom of a serving bowl.
Add the buffalo chicken on top of the cottage cheese.
Arrange sliced cucumber and avocado on the sides.
Drizzle with a little more buffalo sauce for an extra kick.
