Spicy Korean Fire Noodles ππ₯
A fiery and flavorful noodle dish inspired by Korean street food.
Ingredients
8 oz (250g) ramen noodles
2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional for extra heat)
1 green onion (sliced)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the Noodles: Boil the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce: In a pan, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sugar, and chili flakes. Heat gently until combined.
Combine: Add the cooked noodles to the pan, tossing them in the spicy sauce until evenly coated.
Serve: Plate the noodles, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
