Ingredients:

For the Chocolate Layer:

For the Whipped Topping:
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
2 tablespoons powdered sugar 🍚
½ teaspoon vanilla extract 🌿

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8x8-inch pan. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes. ❄️
2️⃣ Add the Caramel Layer: Spread the caramel sauce evenly over the chilled crust. Sprinkle with sea salt. Return to the fridge while preparing the next layer. 🍯
3️⃣ Make the Chocolate Layer: In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until warm (but not boiling). Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well. 🍫
4️⃣ Layer the Chocolate: Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the caramel layer and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. ❄️
5️⃣ Prepare the Whipped Topping: Beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until soft peaks form. Spread over the chocolate layer. 🍰
