1 lb thinly sliced beef steak (sirloin steak, round steak)
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, or add more for spicy jerky)
