Easy Chocolate Pecan Caramel Truffles
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped pecans (roasted for extra flavor)
1 cup thick caramel sauce
8 oz dark chocolate, melted
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, stir the chopped pecans with the caramel sauce until every nut is coated in sweet caramel.
Scoop out small portions and roll into smooth, bite-sized balls using your hands.
Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet and transfer to the freezer for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
Dip each caramel-pecan ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
Return the dipped truffles to the parchment-lined sheet and sprinkle lightly with sea salt if desired.
Refrigerate the truffles for another 10 minutes or until the chocolate is set and glossy.
Once firm, serve and enjoy the rich combination of dark chocolate, buttery caramel, and crunchy pecans in every bite.
