Creamy Baked Mashed Potatoes – Crowd Favorite Every Time!
Ingredients:
5 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled & cubed
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Directions: Boil potatoes until tender, drain, and mash. Stir in butter, cream cheese, sour cream, cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whip until fluffy. Transfer to a baking dish, smooth the top, and dot with extra butter. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until slightly golden on top. Always creamy, always a hit!
