SALMON BITES WITH HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
Crispy, juicy, and dipped in sweet tangy perfection!
Ingredients:
1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped chives (for garnish)
For the Sauce:
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
1️⃣ Prep the Salmon:
Pat salmon cubes dry. Season with salt and pepper on all sides.
2️⃣ Sear the Bites:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon cubes and sear 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
4️⃣ Assemble & Sauce:
Transfer salmon bites to a serving plate. Drizzle or spoon honey mustard sauce over the top.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately as an appetizer or light meal.
