Shrimp and Avocado Ceviche
Ingredients:
1 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
1 avocado, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 limes, juiced
1 jalapeño, minced (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, avocado, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
2. Pour lime juice over the mixture and gently toss.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Chill for 15–20 minutes and serve.
