Kiwi Sorbet 🍧🥝
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe kiwis
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Peel and chop the kiwis.
2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water, bringing to a boil until sugar dissolves.
3. Add chopped kiwis and lemon juice to the sugar syrup; blend until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches a sorbet consistency.
