Pizza Grilled Cheese 🍕🧀

📋 Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, very soft
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
- Italian seasoning (optional)
📝 Instructions
1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
2. On the non-buttered side of two slices, spread pizza sauce.
3. Top the sauce with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni if using.
4. Place the other two slices of bread on top, buttered side up.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill each sandwich until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Cut in half and serve warm.
