TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE
Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
5 tbsp melted butter
Cheesecake Filling:
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
4 oz melted white chocolate
Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
Toppings:
Whipped cream
Chocolate bars, curls, or Oreo halves
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a springform pan.
2. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 8 minutes, then cool.
3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, and melted white chocolate.
4. Add eggs one at a time, beating gently after each.
5. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until center is slightly jiggly.
6. Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool inside with the door cracked. Chill for 4+ hours.
7. For ganache, heat cream until hot but not boiling, pour over chocolate chips, let sit, then stir smooth.
8. Pour ganache over cooled cheesecake.
9. Pipe whipped cream and top with chocolate curls, bars, or Oreo pieces.
