🥧 Quiche aux Épinards (Spinach Quiche) 🌿🥚
Classic French savory tart with spinach and eggs in a buttery crust.
Ingredients:
• 1 pie crust
• 300 g spinach (fresh or frozen)
• 3 eggs
• 200 ml cream
• 100 g cheese (optional)
• Salt & nutmeg
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line tart pan with crust.
2️⃣ Blanch spinach (if fresh), squeeze dry, and chop.
3️⃣ In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, cheese, salt & nutmeg.
4️⃣ Spread spinach over crust, pour custard mixture on top.
5️⃣ Bake 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
6️⃣ Cool slightly before slicing.
