Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Muffins

Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
The icing recipe is Ingredients:
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
2. Add vanilla and mix well.
3. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth.
4. Add cinnamon and mix.
5. Spread or pipe onto cooled muffins.
This icing recipe makes about 2 cups, enough for 12 muffins.
