🌯 Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps 🌯 ❤️
Ingredients:
For the Shrimp:
1 pound (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
For the Caesar Dressing:
1/2 cup creamy mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
For the Wraps:
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups crisp romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Lemon wedges, for garnish
Directions:
1️⃣ Marinate the Shrimp:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Add the shrimp, ensuring they're evenly coated with the marinade. Let them soak up the flavors for about 15-20 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare the Caesar Dressing:
In a small bowl, blend the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Set aside.
3️⃣ Grill the Shrimp:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers or place them in a grill basket. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the grill and set aside.
4️⃣ Assemble the Wraps:
Warm the flour tortillas on the grill or in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side. Lay the tortillas flat and spread a generous portion of the Caesar dressing down the center. Layer with chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and grilled shrimp. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of citrus.
