**Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of asparagus (trimmed)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pine nuts (toasted)
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Optional: Balsamic glaze for drizzling
**Instructions:
1. Grill Vegetables: Toss asparagus and cherry tomatoes in olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill until tender.
2. Toast Pine Nuts: Lightly toast pine nuts in a dry skillet until golden.
3. Assemble Salad: Arrange grilled asparagus and cherry tomatoes on a plate, place the burrata in the center, and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
