🍲🦐🇮🇹 Cacciucco alla Livornese (Tuscan Fish Stew)
Ingredients:
1.1 lb (500 g) mixed seafood
14 oz (400 g) canned tomatoes
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1/2 cup (120 ml) white wine
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
🧄 Sauté garlic in olive oil, add seafood and white wine.
🍅 Stir in tomatoes, season, and simmer 20 minutes.
🌿 Sprinkle with parsley and serve with toasted bread.
