Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup ketchup
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup vinegar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon salt
2 pounds beef back ribs
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine water, ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Stir until smooth to make the barbeque sauce.
Place beef back ribs into your slow cooker.
Pour the sauce over the ribs, coating them evenly.
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours, or until ribs are tender and meat is falling off the bone.
For a crispy finish, transfer the cooked ribs to a baking sheet and broil for a few minutes until the sauce caramelizes.
Serve hot with your favorite sides and enjoy!
Servings: 4–6
