ππ Brownie Bundt Cake ππ
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
1 cup (225g) unsalted butter
1Β½ cups (270g) semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
1ΒΎ cups (350g) sugar
4 large eggs (room temp)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
Β½ cup (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder
Β½ tsp baking powder
Β½ tsp salt
Β½ cup (120ml) hot coffee or hot water (enhances chocolate flavor)
For the Chocolate Glaze:
1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Β½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
1 tbsp butter (for shine)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F). Grease and flour a 10-cup bundt pan well (or use cocoa powder instead of flour for a neat chocolate finish).
Melt butter and chocolate together over low heat (or microwave in 30-sec intervals). Stir until smooth and glossy.
Whisk in sugar, then eggs one at a time, and vanilla.
Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Stir gently until just combined.
Add hot coffee/water and mix until batter is smooth and shiny.
Pour batter into bundt pan.
Bake 40β45 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs (donβt overbakeβkeep it fudgy).
Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool fully.
For the Glaze:
Heat cream until steaming, pour over chocolate chips and butter. Stir until smooth.
Drizzle over cooled cake then sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
Optional Toppings:
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts or pecans
Dust with cocoa powder or powdered sugar
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
