𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗪𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗 𝗘𝗔𝗧 𝗕𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗛𝗔𝗠 𝗛𝗢𝗖𝗞 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗣?
Ingredients:
Mixed beans (soaked or canned)
Ham hock
Onion, chopped
Garlic, minced
Carrots, diced
Celery, diced
Bay leaf
Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme)
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Boil ham hock in water until tender; remove and shred meat.
In the same pot, sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery.
Add beans, shredded ham, bay leaf, and herbs.
Cover with water or broth, simmer until beans are soft.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy!
