Creamy One-Pot Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 oz bacon, diced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
3. Stir in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, and milk. Bring to a simmer.
4. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
5. Stir in the cooked bacon and cheddar cheese until melted.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
