🥧 Pecan Pie Dump Cake
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) pecan pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
3 large eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup milk
Cooking spray
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2️⃣ Layer Filling:
Spread the pecan pie filling evenly in the bottom of the dish.
3️⃣ Prepare Cake Batter:
In a bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, melted butter, and milk. Stir until well mixed.
4️⃣ Assemble Cake:
Pour cake batter evenly over the pecan pie filling.
Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top.
5️⃣ Bake:
Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
6️⃣ Cool & Serve:
Let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if desired.
