📋 Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
📝 Instructions
1. In a saucepan, combine water and unsalted butter and bring to a boil.
2. Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball.
3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
4. Stir in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated. Add vanilla extract.
5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot.
6. Pipe the dough in circular shapes into the hot oil.
7. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
