Ingredients:

1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing included)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter (for frying)

For the Glaze:
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1–2 tablespoons milk (adjust for consistency)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Open the cinnamon roll can and cut each roll into quarters to make bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the egg mixture, coating lightly.
Place into the skillet and cook each side for 1–2 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Work in batches if needed.
While bites are cooking, whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to create a drizzle glaze.
Stack the cooked bites onto a plate and drizzle with cream cheese glaze. Serve warm and gooey!
