Beefy Mashed Potato Bowl 🥔🍛
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp flour
2 cups beef broth
Salt & pepper to taste
3 cups mashed potatoes (homemade or instant)
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
3. Slowly add beef broth while stirring, simmer until thickened.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Spoon over fluffy mashed potatoes and enjoy warm!
