Crab Rangoon Pizza

Ingredients:

1 pre-made pizza crust
2 tablespoons butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
1 cup cooked crab meat, flaked
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup chopped green onions, plus extra for garnish
Optional: Red pepper flakes or sriracha for added heat

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush the edges with melted butter for a golden finish.
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the cream cheese layer.
Distribute the flaked crab meat evenly across the pizza.
Scatter chopped green onions on top.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with additional green onions and red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha if desired. Slice and serve warm.
