🥟 One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli
Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 package (20 oz) cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup beef broth
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan (optional for serving)
Instructions:
Cook Ravioli: Boil ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sear Steak: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add Italian seasoning and beef broth, then simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Combine: Return steak to the skillet, add cooked ravioli, and gently toss everything in the garlic butter sauce.
Serve: Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired and serve immediately.
