Creamy Shrimp & Steak Pasta

Ingredients:

For the Shrimp & Steak:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon), cut into bite-sized chunks

1 tbsp olive oil (for shrimp)

1 tbsp olive oil (for steak)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

2 cloves garlic, minced

For the Creamy Pasta Sauce:

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1/2 tsp dried basil or thyme (optional)

8 oz pasta (linguine, fettuccine, or your choice)

Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

Prepare the Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Sauté shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Steak:
In the same skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium-high. Season steak chunks with salt and pepper. Sear the steak for 3–4 minutes, or until desired doneness. Add minced garlic in the last minute of cooking, then remove from heat and set aside.

Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Once it thickens slightly, add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs.

Combine:
Toss the cooked pasta into the creamy sauce, stirring to coat evenly. Add the shrimp and steak chunks, mixing gently to combine.

Serve:
Plate the creamy pasta in bowls. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately for a luxurious and satisfying meal.
