Y’all help me out please. I posted this in another group and a lot of them came for me they were say...

Y’all help me out please. I posted this in another group and a lot of them came for me they were saying that anything with more than 30g of protein in one sitting is overkill! So how am I suppose to hit my protein goal for the day if I’m only eating 3 meals and cant have more than 30g at a time? For example I usually have 2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage and a protein shake which all comes out to about 55 grams of protein. Is that not ok? Sorry hope it makes sense.
