Gourmet Lobster Pasta in a Creamy Dream Sauce
Ingredients:
For the pasta:
1 pound lobster, cooked and shelled
1 pound pasta, such as fettuccine or spaghetti
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add white wine and deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens.
Add cooked lobster meat to the sauce and stir to coat.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Tips:
You can use any type of pasta you like.
For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of butter to the sauce.
