Egg Salad Sandwich
Ingredients:
Eggs (hard-boiled)
Mayonnaise
Mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper
Chopped onions (optional)
Chopped celery (optional)
Bread (your choice)
Instructions:
Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, cover and let sit for about 10-12 minutes.
Peel the eggs and chop them into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard (if using), salt, pepper, and any optional ingredients like onions or celery.
Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
Spread the egg salad mixture onto a slice of bread.
Top with another slice of bread.
Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy!
