Decadent Creamy Beef Pasta Delight
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cups beef broth
1 ½ cups heavy cream
10 oz penne pasta (or any short pasta)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3–4 minutes. Stir in garlic, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Add pasta directly to the skillet. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for about 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and creamy. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley and more cheese, if desired.
