Caramel Cheesecake Brownie Bars 🍫🧁✨

These bars are rich, chewy, creamy, and perfectly gooey in every layer!
Easy to make, impossible to forget.

Ingredients:

1 brownie mix (with eggs/oil/water)

16 oz cream cheese

½ cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup thick caramel

How to make them:

Bake half the brownie batter for 10 mins first.

Mix the cheesecake filling until creamy and pour over partially baked brownie.

Add caramel drizzle.

Top with remaining brownie batter and swirl with a knife.

Bake again until set.

Let cool, drizzle extra caramel, chill 1 hour before slicing.
