A Venetian classic – tender liver with sweet sautéed onions, perfect with creamy polenta!

📝 You will need:
• 400 g calf’s liver, thinly sliced
• 2 large onions, thinly sliced
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté onions until soft and golden.
2️⃣ Add liver slices and cook for 2–3 minutes on high heat.
3️⃣ Splash with vinegar and let it evaporate.
4️⃣ Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately with polenta.
