Creamy Lobster Linguine Alfredo 🦞🍝

📝 Ingredients:
12 oz linguine
1 ½ cups cooked lobster meat (claw, tail, knuckle)
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Zest of ½ lemon (optional, for brightness)
🍽️ Directions:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
2️⃣ Sauté the Lobster:
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in lobster meat and cook for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In the same pan, pour in cream and bring to a light simmer. Add Parmesan, stir until melted and creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
4️⃣ Toss it All Together:
Add pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water to loosen sauce as needed. Gently fold in the lobster meat.
5️⃣ Plate & Finish:
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and lemon zest (if desired). Crack fresh black pepper over the top.
